Women’s Shape Series!

Grab some friends and come enjoy a ‘no boys allowed’
workout series with a focus on you!

We’ll match you with a nationally certified personal trainer
who will evaluate your level of fitness, analyze your body
composition, help you develop achievable fitness goals
and teach proper form for key exercises.  It’s the perfect
start towards a fitness lifestyle you can maintain for life!

Our program features beginner-intermediate bootcamp-style
classes two mornings each week.  The morning classes
are full of energy and team support and provide a fantastic way
to get your workout in and feel great about your day!

Our personal trainers and instructors will motivate and educate you to a higher
level of fitness as you lose fat and tone muscle.  

You’ll feel energized, strong, healthy and proud of the new you!

The ‘skinny’ -

Where:
Workouts will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:00-7:00am and 9:00-10:00am at Fitness 3K in Loveland

When:
September 14 - November 4 (8 weeks)

How:  
Program costs $160 per participant for 16 classes (2 classes per week)

Class sizes are limited and are based on date of registration.

Participants should bring the following to each class:
- An exercise mat
- A pair of dumbbells (5, 8 or 10 pounds, based on individual strength)
- Water!
